Ingredients

package Soft Caramels
Unwrap them.
2/3 cup Heavy cream
12
oz
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cup Flour
1/2
tsp
salt
1 1/2 cup Brown sugar
1
tsp
baking soda
2 cup old fashioned oats
1 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F.
2. Melt caramels and cream in pot over low heat.
3. Combine flour, salt, brown sugar, baking soda, oatmeal, and butter.
4. Spread 1/2 mixture into 9x13 pan.
5. Bake mixture for 10 minutes.
6. Spread chocolate chips & melted caramel mixture on top.
7. Crumble remaining 1/2 dry mixture on top.
8. Bake 20 minutes.
9. Cool & cut into squares.
